That, and there can be some crazy, poltergeist-type issues that go on. Like the matter of one’s Wi-Fi turning on and off constantly. You are in the middle of doing something and suddenly have no connection.

Do the same for your internet connection. Go into your wireless router's setup and turn off your internet connection from midnight to 5 in the morning. It's like of a child lock for the internet.
